TRADESMAN (SKILLED) (Group ‘C’ Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial, Industrial) : 764 posts

(SC=103. ST = 50, OBC = 196, UR = 415)

Pay Band ` 5200-20200 Grade Pay `1900 

Eligibility : Posts are to be filled by direct recruitment of Apprentices through selection of candidates holding  National Apprenticeship Certificate(NAC) in the relevant trade issued by the  National Council of Vocational Training.

Qualification : (a) Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Institute or Board with knowledge of English. 

(b) Should have complete  apprenticeship training  in the  trade  (or) Mechanic  or equivalent with two years regular service in the appropriate Technical Branch of the Army, Navy and Air force.

Selection Process : All eligible candidates are required to appear for the written examination consisting of objective type questions prepared based on the syllabus of the relevant trade and at the discretion of the competent authority.
