Academic Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree or PG Diploma in Health care
Management / Hospital
Administration or equivalent Degree/Diploma from a
recognized Institute / University. A medical/ Dental/Ayush
Degree in
addition to the above would be preferred.
Experience: 1. Minimum 2 years
of
post qualification experience
of
working
in hospital / healthcare
management
out of which, minimum 1 year
should be in implementation of Quality Management System in
Hospital.
2. Person
with
experience of Implementation
of
NABH standards
would be preferred.
3. A certified course for Quality Management System with experience in area of health would be preferred.
4. Computer Proficiency in commonly used packages
is essential.
